Polyglot Coaching is pleased to announce that there is new funding available for business owners who want to grow their business.
What is it?
A grant of up to £1000 aimed at supporting the senior leaders of businesses with a potential for high growth, to develop their leadership and management skills.
Who is it for?
• Managing Directors
• Owners
• Chief Executive Officers
For businesses with more than 50 employees, it can also be used for a senior leader reporting directly to the above.
What are the eligibility criteria?
• Between 2 and 249 employees
• Display potential for high growth, defined as:
o 20% growth (turnover or staff) each year for the next 3 years
o start ups: potential to reach £500K turnover within 3 years
What can it be used it for?
• Workshops
• Coaching
• Training
How do I get it?
If you decide to work with Polyglot Coaching, I will fill in an application form with you, in such a way that you are most likely to get approved. You will then get a visit from a Skills Advisor who will go through the application process with you (this takes approx. 1 hour of your time), after which he will make an immediate decision. You will then need to start the coaching within 90 days of the approval.
The grant:
Only one grant claim can be made for a maximum of 50% of the coaching excluding VAT and not exceeding £1000. So in order to get the full £1000, you will need to also spend £1000 of your own money.
What will I get from Polyglot Coaching?
I specialise in leadership and staff motivation coaching, as well as growing your business internationally through exports, so my services qualify 100% for this grant.
Here are a few possible scenarios:
1. The business has recently grown and you find it challenging to create an effective and motivated team.
2. You want to grow the business by exporting, but have no idea where to start or how to get the best results without spending too much money.
3. In order to grow the business you know you need to get the best out of the people you work with, but you would like some support with this.
These are just some examples where coaching can be really effective.
You will get a completely bespoke coaching package, which can range from workshops combined with 6 months of monthly coaching, to a maximum of 10 months worth of monthly coaching sessions. This long-term approach is the best way to achieve sustainable results and represents excellent value for money.
I also offer flexible monthly payment plans which will allow you to spread the cost, yet claim the grant in its entirety.
