Here are some of the elements:
D.I.S.C. profiling
This profile system can help you identify your personal strengths and capitalise on your talents to make you a more effective individual. When you understand your own personality and those of others around you (team members, staff, job candidates), you become a better communicator, minimise or prevent conflicts, appreciate the differences in others, gain credibility and possibly influence others. It is an incredibly powerful tool for HR managers and business owners and absolutely essential when managing people.
You can take this profile online, for only £35+VAT. Once we've received confirmation of payment you will be sent an email with an access code and instructions. When you've completed your profile, you will then be sent an 8-page report, giving you information about what motivates you, your strengths and challenge areas, as well as how to best communicate with you.
Face-to-face coaching
Most business coaching is done face-to-face, where we will come to your place of business, or we can meet in one of more than 1,000 Regus offices nationwide (click here for locations). We also offer combination packages of face-to-face sessions combined with telephone sessions.
Telephone coaching
A lot of executive coaching is done over the phone, as this is the most efficient way to coach people with busy diaries. You are in the comfort of your own office, don't need to travel anywhere, and both you and the coach can fully concentrate on you.
Telephone coaching has no geographical limitations, and coaching is offered in English, Dutch, French, Spanish and German. We use Skype, as well as free calls to landlines in various different countries.
E-mail coaching
Once you have had some personal contact coaching, you may want a regular goal reminder or support message. We offer various types of email follow up coaching, from weekly reminders to monthly check ups.
Workshops
We regularly organise workshops on different topics such as leadership, international business and career management. Sign up to our newsletter or check out the NEWS section of this website for a list of upcoming events. These workshops can also be held at your company if you want to get more of your staff involved.
Team coaching
Team coaching is extremely effective and can dramatically increase the performance of the team even after a few sessions. Using the DISC profiling system will enhance the team's awareness of each other's preferential learning styles and help to resolve conflict.
